
We require everyone who comments to register
and provide a real e-mail address. No exceptions.
Posts are to be
made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read
the forum descriptions before posting. Users
consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning.
Members, visitors
and guests should post in a way that is respectful of other users. We expect
heated, robust debate, but comments should be polite and civil. No libel,
slander, no course swearing at all, no words that teenagers use a lot that some
people think aren't swearing but is, no insulting groups or individuals, no
ethnic slurs and/or epithets, no religious bigotry, no threats of any kind.
Flaming or abusing users, especially Admins when appealing a ban, or in any way
will not be tolerated. We consider this to be public space so behave and write
accordingly.
Members, visitors
and guests should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting
pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be
condoned and will be removed.
Members should
post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should
not post excessive numbers of emoticons, formatted or coloured text, etc.
Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation in topic titles or
posts.
Administration,
moderating, and support teams absolutely reserve the right to edit or remove
posts we think break any of the rules or the spirit of the rules and we reserve
the right to ban individuals from commenting at any time. The determination of
what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up
to team members and not users.
